All institutions application forms are available at the IDP Office. When completing the application forms, please NOTE the following:

1. Name and Address in BLOCK letters.
2. CONTACTABLE mobile telephone and email address.
3. Bring ORIGINAL educational documents and photocopies in order for  

           Counsellors to certify photocopies.

INSTITUTIONS REQUIRING APPLICATION FEES:

Application Fees in the form of bankdraft should be made payable to the respective institutions.
